	OUR ORGANIZATION Softek Computer Services Incorporated provides strategic solutions to the international financial community. The knowledge acquired during a span of 24+ years put our organization in the unique position to undertake the development of Capital Adequacy Services (CAS). Currently in production at an expanding list of global industry participants, including Canada’s largest banks, CAS empowers users to efficiently deal with the growing demands on compliance, governance and risk control. Background 1975 through 2001 Since 1975, in partnership with various financial institutions, exchanges, central banks and global information providers, Softek has been instrumental in the development of an option trading workstation; a trade allocation system; an equities analytics product; a global security master; a risk quality data service and a straight through processing system. CAS Focus 2002 through present Beginning in 2002 Softek’s resources were fully dedicated to the design, development and deployment of CAS. This focus resulted in achieving numerous milestones. Some of the most important are: 2002 - creation of the CAS rules engine 2004 - release of CAS rules based margin and capital adequacy application 2008 - release of CAS enhanced rules engine and calculation visibility 2009 - release of intraday transaction facility for near time capital and margin calculations Customer support We take great care to insure that our clients have access to the meticulously produced and timely updated instruction documentation. We put substantial effort and attention to accuracy in creating our approximately 500 page Technical Reference and User Guides with the primary goal of providing our clients and their technical support teams with the utmost in ease of use.
